Sunset Memory (サンセットメモリー, Sansetto Memorii) is the two hundred and ninth chapter of ReLIFE.
Synopsis
Arata leads the gang to the spot that Michiru showed him, bringing the graduation trip to a beautiful close. When walking Chizuru home, she once again asks Arata if he wants to kiss her.

At sunset Arata leads his friends to the place on the seashore that Michiru showed him, and everyone is impressed by the beauty of the place. Relieved from the anxiety linked to the place due to what happened with Michiru, Arata tells the others that while he has many unpleasant memories from the place since he often comes there when he is feeling down, everyone coming with him allowed him to add a very nice memory that he will remember every time he comes back. The others start making plans to come there again together later, and Arata agrees though he knows he will not be coming with them.
In the evening Arata and Chizuru walk home together. Arata apologizes for not making it to all the places they included in the plan, but Chizuru tells him she does not mind as everyone was enjoying themselves and thanks him for the fantastic memories. As Arata thinks to himself that he will only get to meet the others again for the graduation ceremony and its practice, Chizuru suddenly stops walking. Apologizing for asking the same thing again, she asks Arata if he would like to kiss her. She explains to the stunned Arata that she wants to add one extra special memory to all the great ones she made during the day.
Impressed by Chizuru's initiative An roots from hiding for Arata to seize the opportunity, but instead of sharing her enthusiasm Ryō quietly listens to the wiretap device. Remembering overhearing from Kento and the Division Chief's discussion that the memory erasure mechanism is more likely to work the closer you are to someone, Ryō is concerned that Arata agreeing to kiss Chizuru might be dangerous for their chances of remembering each other after the experiment.
Arata apologizes to Chizuru and tells her he cannot kiss her tonight, but hastily adds that he would really like to do it. He explains to the disappointed Chizuru that he is holding back because she is important to him, and caressing her cheeks he tells her to ask him again once she graduates and becomes an adult.
